Born and raised in Seattle, raising two kids in Sammamish with the Cascades as the backyard. After 25 years in corporate life, I kept noticing the same thing: we'd have a great hike, get back to the car, and the phones would come out immediately. The trail was already forgotten.

Wander started as a simple question — what if the trail itself was as engaging as anything on a screen?
